To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, it is essential to adhere to the following navigation rules: • Maximum speed: 50 km/h (27 mph). • Navigation hours: Do not operate between 13:00 and 15:00. • Approach to the coast: Maintain a course perpendicular to the shore, at a maximum speed of 5 mph, within 150 meters of the coast. • Mooring: Do not beach or moor the jet ski at the shore, piers, or buoys. • Traffic: Avoid interfering with the routes of public ferries and hydrofoils. • Safety distance: Maintain a safe distance from other anchored vessels and swimmers.

In case of online booking, to confirm availability, a payment link will be sent to confirm the same. The booking will be confirmed only after payment for the service; in the absence of this, WEC will be free to reassign the booked service to other customers who wish. In case of booking directly at our center, payment will be made before the activity, subject to availability.

Yes, to rent the jet ski, a security deposit of €500 is required to cover any potential damages during the rental. This amount is not charged but is only blocked as a deposit on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Debit cards or payment apps are not accepted. To expedite the process, we recommend providing your credit card details by phone before the rental.

If any damage occurs to the jet ski during the rental, Water Experience Center reserves the right to retain the deposit as compensation. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the renter will be required to pay the difference according to the terms established in the rental contract.

Yes, every jet ski is equipped with GPS, two-way radios, a telescopic paddle, a fire extinguisher, an engine cutoff safety key, and a floating tow rope. Additionally, the Water Experience Center base is equipped with a rescue boat for recovery and assistance. Our team is ready to intervene within minutes if necessary.

Yes, both the driver and any passenger are insured for third-party liability during the rental. However, the jet ski is not insured for damages caused by the renter. In case of damages attributable to the renter, the deposit will be retained. For more significant damages, the renter will be required to pay the difference.

Yes! All the technical material, clothing and equipment needed to carry out any activity is provided by WEC and included in the price.

Bad Weather
If, in our sole discretion, the conditions do not allow us to carry out the activity safely, we offer a Voucher of equal value, valid for the entire solar season or a Partial Refund with a 20% deduction on management costs.

Cancellations
Within 72 hours before the activity, you can have a Voucher of equal value (valid for the entire season) or a partial refund with a 30% deduction due to force majeure. Less than 72 hours before the activity there is no refund in money, if possible, we offer a voucher based on availability.

No. Unfortunately, although we love animals, for safety reasons and for critical situations that animals could involuntarily cause, we do not allow our animal friends on board our boats, so they cannot participate in the tour. If you show up at the boarding with a pet, we will unfortunately be forced to cancel the service without the possibility of a refund.
