BOATS

All our Boats for hire are new 2022 models of 5.7 metres in length and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

The boats are equipped with a ladder to easily enter the water, a large sundeck, an awning, and a Bluetooth stereo system.

In your confirmation, you will find links to fill in the necessary rental documentation online. We highly recommend you do it before to avoid delays and steal precious time from your experience!
COME EARLY

On the day of the boat hire, arrive at least 15 minutes early so that you can set sail at the scheduled time! Do not forget to bring with you a VALID ID and a CREDIT CARD for the security deposit [NB: WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS]

Is there a Food & Drinks service?

Enhance your Experience

Book in advance your Food & Drinks to have it waiting for you at your arrival. Our Staff will take care to prepare and deliver it at the boarding time so you can enjoy it during your Boat Tour.

MENU DRINKS & WINE

A fine selection of wines and spirits to drink on board. Choose it from the menu, and our Lounge Bar will deliver them packaged in a thermal container to preserve their temperature and quality.

MENU LUNCH BOX

For you, a selection of special dishes created by our Chef and packaged in environmentally friendly containers to preserve the freshness throughout the journey.

Can I moor anywhere?

It is NOT possible to moor at pontoons and buoys.

Should you wish to dine in a restaurant for lunch we will take care of the reservation in places where mooring is assisted and safe

Can I cruise anywhere?

You can cruise anywhere with few restrictions

Maintaining a minimum speed below the shore [150 m] and in the Comacina Island channel is mandatory. In Como, navigating and crossing the corridor delimited by yellow buoys and dedicated to the take-off/landing of seaplanes is prohibited.

Distance from the shore

150 m is the minimum distance from the shore to be respected when cruising.

Getting closer to the coast

It is possible to approach the coast, without ever docking, at minimum speed and perpendicularly.

In case of cancellation?

Reservation with Deposit

If you do not show up for a reservation with a deposit to guarantee the service, there will be no refund and the deposit will be retained as compensation.

Is a deposit required?

Deposit

A Security Deposit is required in case of any damage to the boat caused by the driver during the charter period.

Value of deposit

A damage deposit of 300€ is required when signing the contract.

Deposit Payment

Deposits can be made in cash or with credit cards from the main circuits: Visa, Mastercard, American Express... Debit cards are NOT accepted

Return of Deposit

Immediately at the end of the charter if the boat is undamaged

In case of damage?

What happens if you damage the boat?

In the event of damage attributable to the Hirer during the period of hire of the Boat, WEC reserves the right to retain the security deposit by way of compensation; in the event of greater damage the Hirer shall pay for it immediately in accordance with the signed rental agreement and the price list displayed and attached.
