For these activities, water sports are performed on board the Mastercraft X30 or the AXIS T250. In case of online booking, to confirm availability, a payment link will be sent to confirm the same. The booking will be confirmed only after payment for the service; in the absence of this, WEC will be free to reassign the booked service to other customers who wish. In case of booking directly at our center, payment will be made before the activity, subject to availability.

Bad Weather
If, in our sole discretion, the conditions do not allow us to carry out the activity safely, we offer a Voucher of equal value, valid for the entire solar season or a Partial Refund with a 20% deduction on management costs.

Cancellations
Within 72 hours before the activity, you can have a Voucher of equal value (valid for the entire season) or a partial refund with a 30% deduction due to force majeure. Less than 72 hours before the activity there is no refund in money, if possible, we offer a voucher based on availability.

For safety reasons, only the experienced captain is permitted to pilot the boat during the tour. This ensures a safe, worry-free experience that complies with all navigation regulations and guarantees the highest level of professionalism.

If adverse weather conditions occur or if guests engage in dangerous behavior, the captain has the right to interrupt the tour at his discretion, as provided by the Italian Navigation Code (particularly Articles 186 and following). These articles grant the captain the authority to take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of navigation and passengers. Under such circumstances, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

No. Unfortunately, although we love animals, for safety reasons and for critical situations that animals could involuntarily cause, we do not allow our animal friends on board our boats, so they cannot participate in the tour. If you show up at the boarding with a pet, we will unfortunately be forced to cancel the service without the possibility of a refund.

Clients may suggest preferred disembarkation points at the time of booking. However, the possibility of stopping at certain locations is subject to the captain's approval and to the weather and logistical conditions at the time.

Yes, it is possible to pre-book drinks, wines and lunch boxes prepared by our Lounge Bar. Meals and drinks can be served during the tour, for an even more pleasant and complete experience.
