Which boats are available in the Water Experience Center fleet?

To ensure a unique experience, we offer modern and comfortable boats, such as Mastercraft X30, AXIS T250, Saxdor 270 GTO and Bertram 31 Sedan. Each boat is equipped with all the comforts for a premium cruising experience, including beach towels, Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth audio system, and much more.

Are the boats suitable for water sports activities?

Yes, many of the boats in our fleet are specifically designed for water sports such as wakeboarding, water skiing, wakesurfing, and kneeboarding. If you’re looking to engage in water sports, we recommend renting boats like the Mastercraft X30 or the AXIS T250, which are equipped for these activities.

Can I book a private tour with one of the boats in the fleet?

Absolutely! If you wish to explore Lake Como exclusively, you can book a Private Boat Tour. Our boats are perfect for scenic tours, special events, parties, or simply enjoying the lake in style.

How can I book a boat?

You can easily book your boat through our website, by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Simply indicate the date, time, and the boat you wish to rent. You will receive a payment link, and we will confirm your reservation.

Are pets allowed on board?

No. Unfortunately, although we love animals, for safety reasons and for critical situations that animals could involuntarily cause, we do not allow our animal friends on board our boats, so they cannot participate in the tour. If you show up at the boarding with a pet, we will unfortunately be forced to cancel the service without the possibility of a refund.

Can I do Water Sports during the tour?

Yes! Our tours are designed to offer exciting water activities as well. You can practice sports such as water skiing, Kneeboard, wakeboard and Wakesurf. For these activities, water sports are performed on board the Mastercraft X30 or the AXIS T250. If you wish to do sports during the tour, we invite you to ask about these vessels when booking, so we can guarantee a safe experience that is suitable for your preferences, with the support of our experienced captain.

How can I book a tour?

You can easily book your tour by contacting Water Experience Center by phone, WhatsApp or our online contact form. We will ask you to specify the desired day and time, the number of participants and the pick-up point among our options (Cernobbio, Laglio, Lenno, Torno, Como, Argegno, Bellagio, Menaggio). If the pick-up point is not among those indicated, we can agree on a personalized boarding point.

Is it necessary to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance, as the availability of boats can vary, especially during high season. By booking in advance, you guarantee the best service and the availability of the boat of your choice. After booking, you will receive a confirmation and all the necessary details for the service. The price includes the rental of the boat, the captain and the on-board services.

When is the payment made?

In case of online booking, to confirm availability, a payment link will be sent to confirm the same. The booking will be confirmed only after payment for the service; in the absence of this, WEC will be free to reassign the booked service to other customers who wish. In case of booking directly at our center, payment will be made before the activity, subject to availability.

Who can pilot the boat during the tour?

For safety reasons, only the experienced captain can pilot the boat during the tour. This ensures a safe and worry-free experience, following all navigation regulations and ensuring maximum professionalism.

What happens in case of adverse conditions or dangerous behavior during the tour?

In case of adverse weather conditions or dangerous behavior by guests, the captain has the right to interrupt the tour at his discretion, as provided by the Italian Navigation Code, in particular art. 186 and following. These articles give the captain the authority to take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of navigation and passengers. In such circumstances, no refunds or compensation are provided.

Is it possible to choose preferred disembarkation points?

Clients may suggest preferred disembarkation points at the time of booking. However, the possibility of stopping at certain locations is subject to the captain's approval and to the weather and logistical conditions at the time.

Is food and beverage service available during the tours?

Yes, it is possible to pre-book drinks, wines and lunch boxes prepared by our Lounge Bar. Meals and drinks can be served during the tour, for an even more pleasant and complete experience.
